Resignation of Non-Executive Director

It is with regret that RentGuarantor (AQSE: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK private rental sector, has received the resignation of Peter Coleman as non-Executive Director from the Board with immediate effect following a prolonged period of ill health.

Paul and the Board would like to thank Peter for his commitment and contributions and wish him a speedy recovery.
